Micah Digatono is an accomplished real estate professional, investor, and third-generation entrepreneur with over two decades of industry experience. A graduate of the Herberger Business School at St. Cloud State University, Micah earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 2002 with an emphasis in Real Estate, Finance, and marketing—laying the foundation for his deep understanding of both property markets and investment strategy.  Launching his real estate career in 2004 as a licensed agent, Micah quickly advanced to obtain his Real Estate Brokerage License in 2014. That same year, he founded Generations Real Estate in Zimmerman, Minnesota, a firm built on family values, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in client representation and investment management. To date, Micah has closed over $72MM in volume, which represents residential, multifamily, land, and commercial sales.  Since 2014, Micah has owned and operated a portfolio of single-family and twin homes, further expanding his expertise through numerous single-family rehabilitation projects. His hands-on experience with design, construction, and property operations culminated in the successful contracting of his own custom home in 2021—a project that reflects both his attention to detail and passion for real estate development.  An active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Minnesota REALTORS®, and the Minneapolis Area REALTORS®, Micah holds professional designations including GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and e-Pro.
